Terms of Service

1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the StartupToGo platform and website (startuptogo.app), operated by B Tech Global LLC, a company registered in Qatar (CR: 03125).

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you are enrolling students on behalf of a school, you confirm you have authority to bind the school to these terms.

2. The Service

StartupToGo provides:

• An AI-guided entrepreneurship learning platform for students
• 5 structured modules covering idea evaluation, customer validation, business modeling, MVP planning, and pitch deck creation
• A Certificate of Completion issued by B Tech Global LLC upon full module completion
• Optional in-person facilitation services (Digital + In-Person tier)

3. School Enrollment

Schools enroll students through a formal proposal and payment process.

• Minimum enrollment: 10 students per cohort
• License period: one academic year from date of activation
• Student access is non-transferable between individuals
• Schools are responsible for ensuring students use the platform appropriately

4. Pricing and Payment

• Digital Only: QAR 200 per student per year (minimum 10 students)
• Digital + In-Person: custom pricing agreed in writing before activation
• Payment terms are specified in the individual school proposal
• No refunds are issued once student accounts have been activated

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share student login credentials between multiple individuals
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the platform
• Use the platform for any purpose other than student entrepreneurship education
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content through any platform form

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, AI models, module designs, and certificates are the intellectual property of B Tech Global LLC. Student project outputs (ideas, surveys, pitch decks) remain the intellectual property of the student who created them.

7. Data and Privacy

Use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy.

8. Certificates

Certificates of Completion are issued by B Tech Global LLC to students who complete all 5 modules. Certificates are digital and may also be printed. B Tech Global LLC does not guarantee that any third party (university, employer, or government body) will recognise or accept these certificates.

9. Partner Services

StartupToGo integrates with third-party services including Replit (coding platform) and Calendly (booking). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. B Tech Global LLC is not responsible for third-party service availability or changes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Qatari law, B Tech Global LLC is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform
• Interruptions to platform availability
• Actions taken by students or schools using the platform

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Qatar. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Qatari courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Schools will be notified of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
