StartupToGo is an AI-powered entrepreneurship program for high school and college students, operated by B Tech Global LLC, a company registered in Qatar (CR: 03125).

2. What Data We Collect
From schools and educators:
- Full name
- School name and role
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Information submitted through the demo request form
From students (via school enrollment):
- First name (or username as assigned by the school)
- Module progress and completion data
- Startup project outputs (idea submissions, survey responses, BMC data, MVP plans, pitch decks)
From all website visitors:
- IP address and browser type (via server logs)
- Pages visited and time on site (via analytics)
- Cookie consent status
3. How We Use Your Data
- Provide and operate the StartupToGo platform
- Communicate with schools about enrollment, proposals, and program updates
- Issue Certificates of Completion to students
- Improve the platform based on usage patterns
- Send relevant program updates to schools that have opted in
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use student data for advertising.

5. Data Sharing
- Replit — technology partner, receives only what is needed for student coding account provisioning
- Calendly — booking tool, receives name and email when you schedule a demo call
- Legal requirement — if we are required to disclose data by Qatari law or a valid court order
6. Data Retention
- School and educator contact data: retained for the duration of the school relationship plus 2 years
- Student project data: retained for the duration of the school's active subscription plus 1 year
- Website analytics: retained for 12 months on a rolling basis
7. Your Rights
- Request access to your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Withdraw consent at any time

8. Children's Data
StartupToGo is used by students under 18 through their school. Schools are responsible for obtaining appropriate parental consent before enrolling students. B Tech Global LLC does not collect data directly from minors outside of the school enrollment process.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
